Spain and Portugal (Peninsula)

Shipping costs are free if your order exceeds €200 and you live in the peninsula (Spain and Portugal).

If your order is less than €200 and you live on the peninsula, the shipping cost will be €6.

Balearic Islands

If you live in the Balearic Islands, shipping costs will be free if your order exceeds €200. For orders under €200, shipping costs will be €12.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or to PO boxes.

What is the deadline?

Normally, you should receive your order within 1-2 business days. Please note that if you place your order on the weekend, we will not prepare it until the next business day.

If after this period you have not received your order and you do not have a delivery notice from the courier company, please contact us. We will find out what happened and do everything possible to get it to you as soon as possible.

International Shipping

We love shipping our products far away. We ship orders to countries within the European Union.

Portugal:
Shipping costs: If your order exceeds €200, shipping is free. If it is less than €200, it will cost you €12.

Austria, Germany, Belgium, Italy, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands

Shipping costs: free if your order exceeds €200. If it is less than €200, it will cost you €12 for shipping to a collection point. Delivery in 2-5 working days.

*You have 30 days to claim your order if you have not received it.

RETURNS

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns on items eligible for store credit are accepted only within 10 business days of the invoice date, and must be accompanied by a receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All packaging must remain intact and must be documented for shipping insurance claims.
